Green Course Association
Green Course is Israel’s largest volunteer environmental association, promoting environmental change through activism and developing environmental leadership. The Association’s activities are based on thousands of students and young volunteers spread out in more than 20 chapters across the country, from Tel Hai in the north to Eilat in the south.
Green Course works in a variety of ways: direct, non-violent action and demonstrations, lobbying at the national and municipal levels, developing community involvement and educating future generations for environmental activism. The Green Course association is not affiliated with a political party and is supported through donations.
Who we are - Green Course’s chapter at Tel Aviv University
The Tel Aviv University chapter is one of our leading groups. This chapter includes mainly students from the University who believe the environment is important and who are interested in effecting genuine change. The issues that the chapter deals with arise from the student activists themselves and any environmental subject they want to deal with is supported by the chapter.
